Bowling for Soup!!! I love them - AND they played here at TCU the first week of last semester. It was amazing - so close... and totally free. P.S.- Texas Rocks!

There's also...
Polyphonic Spree Buddy Holly Paris Texas (oh wait, they're from wisconsin) Dixie Chicks Flatlanders
...
There are a ton of bands that came from Texas, many from Lubbock and Dallas. I don't know all of them, but most are pretty decent. Sadly, most are country groups. Ugh... country.

Mark Hunter!!!!!! He's just so awesome that I wanna buy all of his CDs and you should too!!!!!! You know you want some!!!!!
Mark Hunter's the best! Woo! Buy his shirts!
...
Aww who am I kidding. Mark Hunter is my pseudonym when I make music. I have no CDs. I have no shirts. And I've got... Three songs. I only really like one of them.
But eventually, when I've got one CDs worth, I expect every one of you to buy at least one copy. And tell all your friends.
But that'll be a while.
