I have to agree. Writing rap is like writing a conversation. You don't have to worry as much about the music, IMO. And I think it takes more musical talented to be in a rock band, considering most actually play instruments... I mean, I get that DJ's have to be talented too, but that's just one person in a band where everybody else talks.

writing songs is better, and I found a "happy" dashboard song other than hands down! I found two!
Carry this picture for luck As lovers go
I love those songs!

I can't believe it! Happy Dashboard songs other than Hands Down! Ah! Lol, j/k. I like As Lover's Go, I haven't heard the other one though. But I really don't mind Hands Down. I'm welcome to anything happy by them and that song depicts young love v. well. But then you have songs like Rapid Hope Loss and it's like... well... back with the heartbreak and such... Mrr.

Try being lead guitar and vocals thats hard. That must be really hard. So many things you need to focus on at once.

Music is one of the most integral parts of my life, and (Rista, you saw this one coming) I've got to say that my absolute favorite artist is Ben Folds.
You can't go wrong with him; he's got love ballads ("The Luckiest"), heartbreak ("Brick"), philosophy ("Philosophy"), hardy rock ("Song for the Dumped"), satire ("Steven's Last Night in Town"), political songs ("All You Can Eat"), religion ("Not The Same"), a waltz ("Boxing"), regrets ("Evaporated"), society ("Rockin the Suburbs"), waiters ("Rockstar") and the army ("Army").
You've got to admire a man who can play piano like that (and guitar and drums) and sing at the same time. Think guitar's hard?

I don't think guitar is really that hard any more........But I couldn't play it and sing at the same time. By the way guitaring get easy after you can lots of OZZY, Metallica, System of a Down, Slipknot, Rammstein, AC/DC Nirvana, Iced Earth, Jimi Hendrix and Godsmack
Here are my 6 favorite song to play on the guitar
1: Metallica: ONE 2: Metallica: Master of Puppets 3: Ozzy: Crazy Train 4: Nirvana: Smell like teen spirit 5: Rammstein: Du Has 6: Black Sabbath: Peranoid

Meh, it's Blade, he does that from time to time.
My fave Linkin Park is A Place for My Head. I have a lot, actually, but I don't know all the titles.
